GIG started as a crazy idea. One day, I couldn't find a T-Shirt to wear in my closet. Everything had logos and corporate crap on it. It was then I decided that a change was in order. I went to the store, bought some plain white shirts and pressed the word SHIRT on them. I started wearing them around town. It wasn't long before I started seeing something happen. People were connecting with my t-shirts. Some people laughed, some just pointed and smiled while whispering to their friends, and others actually asked me where they could get one. So I opened a shop on Cafepress.
Now I grew up dirt poor so I know all to well about Generic Brand-X food. I had to eat it every day. In college, I ate tons of it because it was cheap and I still had enough cash to buy my Beer, Vodka, and Weed . Then one day last year, I woke up and realized that my T-Shirts were actually a subconcious extension of my belief system. My beliefs date back to ancient times and are rarely practiced by many people today. I realized however that people are looking for answers that churches and parents can't provide. These are the very answers I have. I'm obligated to share this knowledge with all that will take interest. Hey, life's hard for everybody and it's easy to lose hope and just give up. My personal story would leave you in SHOCK, I swear to God.
Anyway, so I started GIG to bring a little Brand-X humor into the world, not even going into the philosophical side of it. Next thing I know, people are asking about what lies underneath the surface. They can feel the "Thing" behind GIG. At that moment I knew that GIG really isn't mine. It belongs to the People. It belongs to all who seek Truth without bias, judgement or filters. I believe that I have some knowledge to share. I am still learning new things myself, but I can actually say that these last couple of years of falling down the Rabbit Hole have given my existence new meaning and have opened my eyes to a whole new dimension of why things happen the way they do.
